The Press-Side® Metalizers, (RAPID-CYCLE-METALIZING-EQUIPMENT), have led the way for the synchronous manufacture of molded and metalized parts with high quality results. The Press-Side® Rapid Cycle Metalizer is designed to apply thin metal films on plastic components or various other substrates utilizing Sputtering, Cathodic-Arc (Cat Arc®) and Thermal Evaporation techniques with plasma polymerization base and top coatings. We also offer custom design equipment meeting our customer's requirements.
VTI's HARD COATING EQUIPMENT with low temperature patented (CatArc®) coating processes. Strippable CrN coatings for plastic injection molds, TiN, ZrN and TiCN are just a few of the coatings available with our systems.
VTI's Coating Services group provides METALIZING SERVICES and HARD COATINGS SERVICES.
VTI® has expanded their in-house metalizing capabilities to include base coating, metalizing and protective top coatings. In the company's controlled environment facility, VTI® meets all of your thin film coating requirements.
VTI's patented Cat Arc® low temperature PVD offers hard coating solutions to customers with temperatures sensitive tool steels. Hard Coatings Services has the capability of producing a wide variety of applications specific coatings. We offer TiN, TiCN, CrN, ZrN, TiAlN, and more.
