In view of the considerable logistics and visa formalities registration will close on Friday, September 5.=0D=0A=0D=0ATaking into account the emerging composition of the group and the current economic situation we have decided to focus on 2 days in Moscow and 2 days in Kazan (1.5 hour flight East of Moscow). =0D=0A=0D=0AWhile the low value of the dollar makes this the perfect time to be competitive in Russia it also puts strains on our purse strings when travelling abroad. As a result of this we are looking at a shorter "less frills" agenda in Moscow and staying in more reasonably priced hotels than usual.
