 | Dr. Jim Kestenbaum, a corporate psychologist, is founder of The Solutions Group. His principal areas of focus are assessment, executive coaching, and senior leader team development. In addition, he facilitates succession planning in family businesses and other closely held entities. Dr. Jim has a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. |
